Support Our Mission

The Kondo Memorial Foundation’s programs are funded primarily through dividends from stock holdings and interest income generated from its endowment assets. However, contributions from individuals and organizations enable us to further expand and enhance our scholarship and research grant programs.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding of and support for the Foundation’s mission, and we welcome your generous contributions.

Types of Donations

How to Make a Donation

Donations may be made by bank transfer or in cash.
Please complete the Donation Application Form and submit it to the Foundation Secretariat by email, fax, post, or in person.
Upon confirmation of your donation, the Foundation will issue and send a Donation Receipt by mail.

Donation Receipt

The Kondo Memorial Foundation is certified as a Public Interest Incorporated Foundation by the Prime Minister of Japan.
As a qualified public interest organization, donations made to the Foundation may be eligible for certain tax benefits under Japanese tax laws.
For detailed information regarding available tax deductions and eligibility requirements,　please refer to the National Tax Agency (NTA) website　or consult your tax advisor.

For Individual Donors

Eligible donations may qualify for income tax deductions and, in certain cases, local inhabitant tax deductions.
In addition, inherited assets donated to the Foundation may be exempt from inheritance tax, subject to applicable legal requirements.

For Corporate Donors

Donations made by corporations may qualify for favorable tax treatment under Japanese tax law.
